THE COMMITTEE

    BTC MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE CONSIST OF:-

    (a) The Office Bearers and
    (b) Five Ordinary Members
    each of whom are elected at the Annual General Meeting held first Sunday in August.

    At the AGM held 7th. August 2011 following members were nominated and elected, unopposed, to the
    Management Committee of BTC for the year 2011/2012.

    OFFICE BEARERS:
    President: Allan Bloxsom; Vice-president: Keith Smith; Treasurer: James Etherington;
    Secretary: Janina Clack; Club Captain: Mark Salvaterra; Club Vice-captain: Michael Young.

    ORDINARY MEMBERS: (Following five Nominees were elected unopposed)
    Rob Boon, Paul Cooke, Dieter Kammerl, Valerie Mitchell and Suzanne Stuart.

    First ordinary Management Committee meeting was held on 15th August 2011
    where following Sub-Committees and Officers were elected.
    1) Selection Committee: Mark Salvaterra (Club Captain); Michael Young (Club Vice-captain);
    Allan Bloxsom, James Etherington & Janina Clack.
    The Selection Committee is responsible for all matters relating to Competitions, Tournaments and
    organized Social play.

    2) Social Committee: Rob Boon, Paul Cooke, Keith Smith, Valerie Mitchell.
    Social Committee is responsible for organizing social activities and catering.
    3) Key Master:- Suzanne Stuart - Allocation of keys and keeping the Key Register.
    4) Maintenance Manager:- Paul Cooke - Liaise with Curator and overseeing the maintenance of the
    courts and clubhouse.
    4) Historical Curator:-  Suzanne Stuart - Updating club records.
    5) Website Editor:- Janina Clack - Design and maintain BTC website
    6) Calendar Editor:- Janina Clack - Compiling Club Annual Calendar.
